Stories based on this history eventually developed into what we know today as folklore. While much of this cherished folklore is undoubtedly based in reality, much of it also seems to be the product of an extremely active and vivid imagination.

Presidents' Day has come and gone, but do you know why we celebrate it in February and why many people are given the Day off from work and school?
