Hi Friends,
I wanted to send a quick note and recap what I shared this week at Ancestral Findings. I posted about growing your genealogy skills, put up this week’s free genealogy lookups, and shared a new list of genealogy projects for March to give you a few ideas for what to work on next. I also posted something a little different on the history of Daylight Saving Time, which can still give some helpful context for the world our ancestors lived in.
Genealogy is often built a little at a time. One record can lead to another, and one small clue can point you in a whole new direction. I hope something I shared this week gave you a fresh idea and helped you enjoy your research a little more.
If you
haven’t signed up for the genealogy podcast yet, I’d love to have you join me there, too. I’m always sharing more genealogy stories, research ideas, and helpful thoughts to keep you going in your family history work. It’s a good way to stay connected and keep learning a little more each week.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and a great week ahead.
Happy Searching!
Will
